Prisleyda joined Prime in January of 2021 as the Director of Quality, Regulatory and Workforce Development responsible for leading the Quality Management Systems, Regulations, and applying best practices to developing performance-based workforce development strategies in today’s Manufacturing environments.

Prisleyda has over 20 years of experience in the high technology electronics industry in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, cross functional team leadership, and operational excellence that supports organizational growth. 

Prisleyda’s hands-on approach, depth of knowledge and understanding that all work is accomplished through people, processes and systems has allowed her to build a portfolio of qualifications earned during a career of progressive responsibilities and achievements.

She was appointed Director of Quality in 2016 at PPI Time Zero. There, she was instrumental in implementing and maintaining quality and compliance systems for the Aerospace, Military, Medical, Defense and Industrial industries as well as helping the team to win new business and assuring it was retained.

Prisleyda holds a B.S. of Industrial Engineer / Minor of Mechanical Engineer from State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica and earned an AS of Arts and Science from CUNY Hostos Community College.  Prisleyda is a Certified IPC Trainer in the IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC A-620 and IPC- 7711/7721, and is also active on several IPC committees.
